The Westhinder Anchorage is situated off the coast of Belgium and is used by vessels awaiting clearance to dock at Antwerp, Ghent, Zeebrugge and Ostend. The anchorage area has been demarcated, and complemented by an area to be avoided between the anchorage area and the traffic separation scheme Westhinder.
