The newest 133,500gt Vista-class ship Carnival Panorama will be servicing Mexican Riviera itineraries from a home port in Long Beach, California from late 2019. The new 3,960 passenger vessel is set to offer seven-day Mexican Riviera cruises.

The company’s schedule of cruises to Cuba is to be expanded to include round-trip sailings from Miami. The 70,053gt/1993 built Carnival Sensation (above) will operate 17 5-day voyages in 2019. Until now, Carnival has only offered round-trip sailings to Cuba from Tampa aboard the Tampa-based 70,390gt/1998 built Carnival Paradise. Rival Norwegian Cruise Line has also announced the addition of 7, 9 and 13-night Cuba sailings to its schedule.
