Genting Hong Kong launched a new cruise brand on 10th November to be known as Dream Cruises. The new operation will be Asia’s premium cruise brand.

The ship used will be the Genting Dream, currently being built at Meyer Werft. She will carry 3,400 passengers and 2,000 crew members, giving the 150,000gt vessel a 45 space ratio and a high 1.7 crew to guest ratio.

Dream Cruises will offer cruises including two nights in the Pearl River Delta, a five-night cruise in Vietnam and Sanya, and a seven-night cruise based in Guangzhou. Genting already owns Star Cruises and Crystal Cruises.
