Royal Caribbean’s 74,077gt/1992 built Majesty of the Seas had to cancel her itinerary on 27th April due to an emergency dry docking in Freeport, Bahamas, to cure an oil leak. When delivered the Ovation of the Seas will also serve Australia as well as China.

The Rhapsody of the Seas departed Australian shores for the last time on 17th April after 8 years of calls including 136 visits to Sydney and carrying more than 272,000 guests. Next season the Explorer of the Seas (at Southampton for the 2015 season) will replace her.

On 22nd April the 138,194gt Explorer of the Seas made a return to Southampton, her first visit since new in 2000. She is based at Southampton until autumn 2015.
